Training

GNOTRI has group training weekly. During triathlon season (March thru November ), we meet every Wednesday evening and Saturday mornings. In the off-season e-mails from differnt club members are sent out notify the GNOTRI community of group runs or rides or just to find a training partner for that day.

We are currently putting together training schedules. If you would like to post a time and place for other members to join you please e-mail us at: Kevin@gnotri.com

Sunday Morning Rides — leaves swimhole at 6:45 a.m.
