This plan also includes, a BASIC TRAINING PEAKS coaching account setup with your online 3 month training calendar for sprint or olympic race. Access to the members only section, that includes training and race tips. 3 personal one on one session, I will evaluate your swim, bike and run, along with gear and equipment check. I will update and review your training with feed back and tips for improving. Structured workouts, onsite weekly group training, email training alerts and coaching support. This is perfect for both for the beginner or the experienced athlete looking to take your training to the next level.

It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or experienced, the packages are built around your present fitness, ability and according to the distance race your have choosen.

PACKAGE 1: STUDENT COACHING PLAN: $30.00 /monthly -Sprint Triathlons / 5K or 10K training
based on 12 weeks / 3 months of training your initial payment will be 90.00

This plan includes, a BASIC TRAINING PEAKS coaching account setup with your online monthly training calendar. Coach will update and review your training with feed back and tips for improving. Structured workouts, onsite weekly group training, email training alerts and coaching support. Weather you are just getting started or experineced in the sport and just need better results from you training.

PACKAGE 2: SPRINT / OLYMPIC / 70.3 TRIATHLON —Short Distance Running / Half and Full Marathon COACHING PROGRAM: 160.00
This plan includes, a BASIC TRAINING PEAKS coaching account setup with your online monthly training calendar. Coach will update and review your training with feed back and tips for improving. This will include a RACE SPECIFIC TRAINING PROGRAM up to Olympic Distance Racing, onsite weekly group training, email training alerts and coaching support. This is perfect for the experienced athlete looking to take your training to the next level.

PACKAGE 3: ADVANCE LONG DISTANCE COACHING PROGRAM: $100.00 /monthly
Include:
Membership • Sponsor Discounts based on 16 weeks / 4 months of training your initial payment will be 400.00
This plan includes, a BASIC TRAINING PEAKS coaching account setup with your online monthly training calendar. Coach will update and review your training with feed back and tips for improving. This will include a RACE SPECIFIC TRAINING PROGRAM up to 70.3 or IRONMAN Distance Racing, onsite weekly group training, email training alerts and coaching support. This is perfect for the beginner endurance and experienced athlete looking to take your training to the next level.

ONE-ON-ONE EVALUATION:
We will meet for a one hour individual training session for your desired need. Swimming, pool or lake, cycling, running or if your are just interested in getting in shape, I have planned training workouts that will challenge you and get fit in a matter of weeks.
