The purpose of the evaluation is to help you understand your weaknesses and strengths.

We will meet for three, one hour sessions, a swim, a bike and a run.

• Swim - Breathing, technique, open water, etc.

• Cycling - Fit, Position, cadence, gear shifting, etc.

• Running — Posture, strides, form, cadence, foot stike, etc

Each one hour sessions will be workouts that we will perform together, giving me the opportunity to asses your performance first hand, and provide you with on the spot advice and understanding. I will also provide you with notes and training tips that will help you make the necessary adjustments to reach your peak performance
