purpose of the evaluation is to help you understand your weaknesses
We will meet for three, one
hour sessions, a swim, a bike and a run.
• Swim - Breathing,
technique, open water, etc.
• Cycling - Fit,
Position, cadence, gear shifting, etc.
• Running — Posture, strides,
form, cadence, foot stike, etc
Each one hour sessions will
be workouts that we will perform together, giving me the opportunity
to asses your performance first hand,
understanding. I will also provide you with notes and training tips that
will help you make the necessary adjustments to reach your peak performance
